- 4 tsp ginger garlic
- 6 pieces tuj
- few chopped lemon grass stems
- 8 medium onions Clean & Chop Finely,Saute until light pink in color

- 1.Mix Chicken with Onions and after adding ingredients to Chicken Allow to Cook 2. Meanwhile allow to liquidise 8-10 minutes 3. Once curry is cooked Allow to cool completely . 4. To the cooked curry add 5 tins coconut cream and 5 tins milk 5. Now add extra lemon grass tied in knotss for flavour. Remove before serving Lastly make Vagar wih 1 ball garlic cleaned and chopped and 10-12 green chillies chopped along with chopped Dunya Add to curry and close lid immediately to allow flavour to infuse Accompaniments Boiled Macaroni.Use Barilla Macaroni Sambals made with finely chopped mint and dhania Methi Masala
Recipe Notes
Add Macaroni just before serving. Do not use tomato puree as it will curdle.
Dont add coconut milk if chicken is Hot. Allow to cool or cook Chicken the Day before
