1.Mix together to form a paste.
2.Marinate steak for few hours.
3.Heat a knob of butter in a pan with a sprig of rosemary.
4.Fry steak untill done to preference.. (I did just under 2min on both sides) rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
5.Soak corn spears in boiling water for 20 minutes.
6.Slice in halves. Heat 4tbso of garlic butter in a frying pan.
7.Toss in spears and cook for a while untill the spears starts to get golden. Pour over steak. Bon Appétit
