Ingredients
- 4-5 medium boiled potatos 1 tbsp chilli sauce 1/2 tsp vinegar Salt to Taste 1 tsp sugar
- 2 dried red chillis broken into halves
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 small chopped red onion
- 2 finely chopped white stalk of spring onions
- Chopped Coriander
- 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp siracha sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar

- 2 Finely chopped green stalk of Spring Onions Heat oil in deep pan. Add red chilies,chopped white stalk of spring onions. Sauté the onion for 3-4 min. Then add garlic n cook another 1 min. Then add Schezwan sauce,Chilli Sauce,Soya Sauce, Siracha Sauce to 1-2 tbsp of water and add it to the Wok. 1. Add the potatoes, salt,sugar n mix well. 2. Now add vinegar,chopped green stalk of spring onions,chopped coriander. Mix it well. 3. Now take a Norma roti dough. Make a paratha. 4.Cook in shallow fry. On slow flame. Serve hot. Enjoy 😊.
