    Instructions
    1. mix butter and sugar till fluffy.
    2. add eggs and mix again.
    3. lastly add the flour, b.p,bicarb,vanilla and mix to form a soft but firm dough.
    4. roll and cut in shapes.
    5. bake for 9-11 mins in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees) till golden brown
    6. leave to cool.
    7. when biscuits are cold, join them with the salted caramel frosting and dust with icing sugar.
