Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pkts instant yeast
- 4 cup plain cake flour
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves
- 1/4 tsp crushed green chilli

- 3/4 cup plain yoghurt

Instructions
- 1.) mix all of the dry ingredients together - add the water/yoghurt mixture and knead to form a dough...leave to rise in a warm place. 2.)once dough has risen to double the size - divide into small balls and roll into shape and size according to your preference (1cm thick). 3.)cook in a non stick electric frying pan (+-3mins) then turn over and cook the other side (+-2mins). 4.)brush with melted butter or ghee and serve hot .
