    Instructions
    1. 1.Whisk together all ingredients to form a smooth batter. 2.Batter consistency should not be too thick or thin. It should just coat the fish well. 3.Fry in medium hot oil untill golden crispy on both sides. 4.Drain on roller towel. Serve with lots of fresh lemon. Bon Appétit
