Is it all in the Mind

This was a massive weekend in Sport for South Africa. Particularly in Rugby and Soccer. Everyone eagerly awaited the clash between our Arch nemises in sports Austrailia. I woke up early on Sunday morning with my connextions from Durban and watched the game. They are fanatical Bok supporters. And I guess throughout the game all we cursed about was Bryce Lawrence the Kiwi Referee. Almost 8 decisions I could count that were meant to go our way didnt. All said and done we didnt take our chances. We dominated possession ,made a few errors but at least we lost fighting. It hurts nevertherless. But Once again we failed to beat our Arch sporting enemies the Ozzies. They seem to have a mental hold on us when it comes to big occasions. Dani Roussouw later said that he couldnt understand why he was penalised for a High Tackle. Anyway its all Water Under the Bridge. We are out of the Rugby World Cup. John Smit and Peter De Villiers are gone. Morne Steyns two penalties and Patrick Lambies drop goal that was inches away. Should we have opted for a kick for goal or a scrum in the early part of the game

What did you think of the Springbok performance and does PDV deserve to stay or GO?

The All Blacks meanwhile disposed of Argentina to set up a semi final against the Wallabies

All Blacks beat Argentina

On Saturday the English were gutted as the French showed up. Trust the French. They pitch up on the day and play like they Champions. Wales also shocked Ireland to set up a Northern semi final with the French.

Welsh fans were delighted.Could they go all the way
